Miss Colombia 2008-2009
Michelle Rouillard, a 22-year old student representing Cauca, was crowned Srta. Colombia 2008-09.
Michelle, a student of international business at Concord University in Canada, stands 1.74 m tall and will represent Colombia at the Miss Universe 2009 contest in July.
The 1st runner up or "virreina" was mega favorite Lina Marcela Mosquera, of Chocó. The 19 year old ebony beauty is a student and model; stands 1.80 m tall and will compete in the Miss International 2009 pageant in Macau.
The remaining finalists were Antioquia (1st princess), Bogotá (2nd princess) and Cundimarca (3rd princess). They will represent Colombia in contests such as Miss Intercontinental, Miss Continente Americano and Reina Hispanoamericana.

Taliana Maria Vargas Carrillo (born December 20, 1987 in Magdalena, Colombia) is the newly crowned Miss Colombia 2007. Taliana Vargas is a Colombian student of Journalism at the Northern Virginia Community College in Alexandria, Virginia. She will represent Colombia at the Miss Universe 2008
