Penda Ly was crowned Miss Senegal 2012 during the event held at the King Pahd Lalace. Penda is 21 years old and stands 1.75m. She will represent Senegal in Miss Universe 2012 pageant in December.
At present, Penda Ly is a student of marketing from Dakar.
