Mariel Garcia, 20 year old, from San Francisco de Marcoris, is the newly crowned Miss Earth Dominican Republic 2009.She will represent Dominican Republic in Miss Earth 2009 pageant to be held on November 22 at the Boracay Convention Center in the Philippines.
