Dominique Peltier, 22 years old, 180 m tall was recently assigned to be Miss Earth Bolivia 2009. In July last year she was crowned Miss Bolivia Universo 2008, she represented Bolivia in Miss Universe 2009 pageant in Bahamas last August.
