Osmel Sousa and the Miss Venezuela 2010 candidates

This is how Miss Venezuela Organization President Osmel Sousa does it.

His eagle eyes are all over the girls….scrutinizing their every moves, smiles, turns, etc. Of course, we don’t get to see behind-the-camera developments anymore like strict diets, constant trainings, endless fittings and the all-important “surgi-magical-if-need-be” elements such as enlargements, enhancements, lifts, nips and tucks.

Check out these pictures…

Mind you, Osmel does this every year. His personal touch is what makes him one of the best – if not the best – national pageant directors in the world. If only the Philippines is as oil-rich as Venezuela, then the Binibining Pilipinas organizers can take more than a tip or two on how to prepare the Filipina beauty queens for the big time, i.e., without incessantly worrying about the heaping expenses and stuff.
